Welcome!  For over 20 years it has been my great pleasure to work as a professional in my chosen field of Information Technology.  I have had the privilege to serve in most every capacity of systems administration, from Helpdesk Technician to Windows System Engineer.  I have never focused specifically on the industries I have served, I have simply gone with my instincts and where the job of IT Professional has taken me.  

 

My current focus is on Microsoft Technologies, specifically the System Center suite of products, particularly System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).  I have become very adept at engineering and architecting SCCM solutions in all manner of company sizes, from 250 to 30,000 users and devices.  I have been brought in to troubleshoot problems with SCCM many times within the last few years, most notably to organizations such as University of Southern Nevada Medical Center, UCLA, NBC/Universal, CBS and Microsoft to name a few.
